The - - forwarded a balance to US Collections West ( an Agency ) and US Collections West did not forward any letters or make an attempt to contact me regarding this debt. I was not given my opportunity to dispute nor was I aware of any balance owed. She stated I did n't owe anything. 3 months later, I got a letter stating that I owed an amount from them ( do n't have the letter ). I contacted them.
