Debt collection disclosure verification of debt right to dispute notice not received July 8, 2015 - I have been sent an email from my employer that I have a Writ of Garnishment on my wages. I printed out the information and it does not or have I ever been notified what credit card debt this is from. I thought I needed to be sued first before having my wages garnished.
