Allied Servicing Corporation Mortgage loan servicing, payments, escrow account December 11, 2016 - Allied Servicing Corporation, a debt collector, is attempting to foreclose on property that my family has superior interest in. Allied Servicing Corporation has not provided any legal documentation authorizing them to collect on this alleged debt. They have not provided me with any proof of a recorded mortgage assignment authorizing Allied Servicing Corporation to act on behalf of any creditor for this alleged debt.
