November 30, 2016 - I opened up a secure credit card after my recent divorce.I did n't realize at the time it had a monthly rewards fee. I was able to get other credit cards that were not secure and decided to close the account. This account was attached to my business account and my office admin contacted Wells Fargo twice to have it closed. The third time I called myself. It finally closes, except by the time they do close it ( - more months later ) ... and only after I got into a shouting match with the guy from Wells Fargo who did n't seem to understand that the card was secure and we did n't owe any money...
June 21, 2016 - I have several Savings, Checking, Trust accounts, and a Secured Card at Wells Fargo bank. I transferred funds from one of my Wells Fargo accounts having over $ - to the secure card. The card was paid in full. The next day at -, I attempted to use the card and it was declined I contacted Wells Fargo all the way through to Executive management. They informed me that due to an overdraft fee ( for which I have already paid ) that they could not tell me when funds would be available.
