I was contacted in - 2015 by - - - of Rocky Point Capital informing me that I would have to give an official statement for some trial '' immediately. I informed him that the debt was fraudulent and emailed him a copy of the police report on - -, 2015. He gave verbal confirmation that he had received the police report, that the debt was verified as fraudulent, and that it would removed from my record and the case closed.
