At the time I had the procedure done, I thought I had insurance. Since I had not received a bill from the hospital, I did not know there was anything still outstanding. In -/-/- ( over 2 years later ), - sent me a bill for the first time stating that - - - - ( - ) had paid the bill, then took the money back on -/-/-.
