I went to court to file a motion to vacate a judgement in the plaintiffs favor since the documents that were supposedly served to me never happened. In fact the court stated that the service of notification was " problematic ''. MSW Capital bought the closed account and used - - - - to collect. - contacted me to start a payment plan. I was told that the debt was paid. However, MSW Capital, blindly, set up an interest on the closed account. I have tried to contact MSW Capital for 3 months. I was contacted once by MSW by - -. He told me that it was unusual to charge interest. He said he was going to look into the contract. He never contacted me back. I have made complaints with the -, but it was unresolved.
