I had a credit card debt that was closed. MSW Capital bought the closed account and used - - - - to collect. - contacted me to start a payment plan. I was told that the debt was paid. However, MSW Capital, blindly, set up an interest on the closed account. I have tried to contact MSW Capital for 3 months. I was contacted once by MSW by - -. He told me that it was unusual to charge interest. He said he was going to look into the contract. He never contacted me back. I have made complaints with the -, but it was unresolved. I just want my credit corrected and stop making payments. I have made a $ - monthly payment for 3 years. I am an - soldier with a security clearance. I do n't my renewed clearance jeopardized by this issue. MSW Capital had no right in buying my account, charging interest, and use a third party collector to collect on the account, without my consent.
