Not sure what else to do. Police department told me to contact the federal trade commision which I wrote a formal complaint against WAKEFIELD & ASSOCIATES in regards to this matter. I sent them a certified letter asking them to remove it and they only sent back a letter saying it was paid in full. This letter is not sufficient for the credit bureaus to remove from my file.
