Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt is not mine January 6, 2017 - - University is charging me $3000.00 after I withdrew from their program, never completed even - course credit. I was told that I could easily withdraw from the program if it did not meet my needs without owing anything. I am paying on Student Loans that were dispersed to them to pay for the couple of months I was enrolled even though I was not participating and still they are wanting to collect this astronomical amount beyond what has already been paid.... |

The thing is, they are looking for someone who shares the same Surname with me, but it 's not me. I do n't even have any outstanding debts as I write this now. I explained the mix-up previously, but they continue to call. I have just recently explained it again ( 2 months later ), with a little too much passion and was hung up on. Either way, they are wholly incompetent on this matter and it is downright shameful they... |

I wanted to pay off in - months. sent extra money to make this happen. - did not apply funds correctly.- stated it would correct matter, would refer to an analysis. instead they discharged my loan. - would not explain why. told debt collection. contacted - ombudsman. they said could not help. went to an attorney, said wait until they put a judgement against you. mean while debt collection wants to garnish wages and take income tax refunds. ... |
