October 28, 2015 - On - - a wire transfer of $23000.00 was made through Popular Bank from a corporate account in - - to a supplier 's corporate account in - Bank, -. To this date -/-/2015 the funds have not been received by the beneficiary. After numerous contacts and follow ups with Popular Bank 's representative we have been provided with little information as to what is going on.
