Webster Bank Mortgage application, originator, mortgage broker November 12, 2015 - I have a mortgage with Webster Bank on a condo worth $100000.00. The balance after 12 years is $47000.00 and the mortgage started at about $59000.00. My car broke down from shoddy repairs at a dealer and I applied for a Home Equity Line of Credit for $5000.00 to $10000.00 and the rejection letter I got today says I applied for a loan fro $32000.00. They are a predatory lender when trying to refinance or apply for refinance or anything regarding an existing mortgage.
