They offered me a price to refinance my loan then gave me a closing cost detail list which did not make sense. The payoff on - page is different then the total payoff on the loan. He rambled around trying to tell me what they were trying to charge me for. The average person would get screwed unless you know what these guys are trying to pull over to get their - fee.
