They told me that i am not to make my next month payment. we have never had missed a payment in 3 years. They failed to close the loan on time which now we cant re fi for 3 month and have damage or perfect payment history. And now we have to struggle to catch up. I feel that if they could n't close they should have let us know!! ... |
