My first contact with them was prior to - -, 2015. I base this on an email that I received from one of their Mortgage Counselors asking me for copies of my current mortgage statements. The email was sent to me by a - - - on - -. When I first met with - - I was left with the feeling that he really had no idea what he was doing which made me rather uncomfortable. I stressed to him the importance of having this refinance done and completed before - -, 2015.... |
