Debt collection communication tactics threatened to take legal action February 5, 2016 - After one missed auto-payment to LGW I began receiving threats about a judgment against me in 2014 that I was not able to defend myself for. I had called ( Lustig, Glaser and wilson ) to ask them to withdraw the bounced payment along with the next months auto withdrawel. I had not received a phone call in response. They ceased all payments and began threatening more court.
