Forster, Garbus and Garbus Debt collection communication tactics threatened to take legal action June 17, 2016 - I received a notice of wage execution for a debt that is 9 yrs old. We contact the original account holder in the beginning of this account to advice them that due to medical reasons I could not keep the account, and they failed to comply. Years later, they are till pursuing this account. Needless to say its 9yrs old and they are out of time as far as collecting, reporting and wage execution. ... |
