I explained I'll be more than happy to make payment plan but I needed time to find a job. The representative kept pushing and tried to involve my family to help me pay off this debt. I finally agreed to a payment plan and she kept threatening to take legal action for a payment I wasn't able to make on time and repeating office getting fee for returned payment.
