MNS & Associates LLC Debt collection communication tactics frequent or repeated calls December 14, 2015 - A debt collector is attempting to collect an old debt, that is past the statute of limitations. This debt is no longer on my credit report and has been closed. The collector calling me is asking for personal information which I refuse to give. I called them back and asked for the name of the company and address, and they refused to give me that information. They have called me 4 times this week, twice from the phone number -, and twice from a restricted number. I belive the message said they were from - or -, as they spoke very fast and unclear.
