Reliant Capital Solutions, LLC Debt collection communication tactics used obscene/profane/abusive language May 21, 2015 - Individual from Reliant Capital solutions contacted me regarding a debt collection from - - University, to which I answered that it was wrong and that I was making payments through the - - University. The individual demanded me to pay the amount he was collecting or legal action would take place. In a very aggressive manner he told me that he was n't going to waste his time or my time if I was n't going to pay and that he will report me and ensure to report me to the credit bureau for not wanting to pay. They identify themselves as Reliant Capital Solutions, then ask for me to confirm personal info ( SSN, DOB, current address ). I 've told them I wo n't confirm or provide information unless I have a valid reason to do so. I 've asked the purpose of the call, and they continue to refuse to provide any info ( including what kind of firm they are, any money I might owe to anybody ) unless I confirm my SSN and DOB - which it seems they already have.
