I do not understand how they came to this balance considering that this was a $500.00 secured credit card. A card on which I put down a $500.00 deposit which I never received back. USAA changed credit card companies but made the business decision not to fully roll over ancillary services such as text alerts ( e.g., for payment reminders, etc. ). Normally this would n't be as much of an issue, but the local post office has been mistakenly returning some of my mail for a few months now. July 13, 2016 - USAA has negligently refused to credit an unauthorized charge and told me over and over again that the account was correct. This has been going on for over 2 months. Today after being transferred over and over again I was finally able to walk someone through the error and they agreed but did n't know what to do.
