Aqua Finance Inc Consumer loan taking out the loan or lease November 4, 2015 - We went through a copy called - - - for a pool loan. The total cost of the project was $50000.00. We did not have all of the funds and only needed a loan for $15000.00. When we started the process we were told it was unsecured and nothing will be attached to the property. - sold the loan to Aqua Finance which is who I signed all of the loan papers with. I read the loan documents before I signed and nowhere did it say it they would file anything against my property via a lien or a - filing.
