February 4, 2016 - Seterus is the mortgage loan servicing company to which I send my monthly payments. My payments are always made within the first week of each month and are " posted '' to my account within 3 to 5 days. However, my payment of - 2015 took 15 days to be posted to my account. The company charged me a late fee with the following month 's statement. Instead of paying that fee, I sent them a letter with a copy of my cancelled check showing how long it took THEM to process it.
