I figured it would be easy since I had n't signed a contract, nor did I authorize the payment. Within the week, I was issued a credit of $190.00 to help me out until I get the refund, and a week later, the credit was withdrawn but yet to receive my refund. I was proceeded to be told that they had to notify the merchant about receiving the money, and that they had to give them 60 days to dispute the claim, and if it goes undisputed, I would receive my money. TCF allows you to set a " deliver by '' date, which is great, except it rarely actually happens. Historically, my rent check is often delivered -3 days AFTER the deliver by date. I had an $0.00 balance. they were supposed to send a check. I have called them 4 times regarding the issue. It 's $0.00 cents! I am tired of calling them and them saying they sent a new check to me.
