Credit card credit card protection / debt protection January 13, 2016 - While trying to get the Balance, Address and Phone number so that I can supply information to the collection agency servicing my - smartconnect account, I was given a new number with every contact ( - different numbers ). Each contact either refused to give or stated they did not have the information to give. When I finally got the collection agency 's name and number ( NCC Business Services - - ) their automated system discloses before verification that this is a debt they are trying to collect.
