May 18, 2016 - I contacted Ocwen today regarding the conflicting status on the account and was placed on hold for a long period of time. I was later told that because we were working with our relationship manager that I had to call another number. The number provided was the number to the Office of the Ombudsman. May 17, 2016 - Last week we contacted Ocwen regarding the account and the status of an upcoming foreclosure sale. The customer service rep for Ocwen stated that there was no sale pending and that information was being reviewed on a notice to correct an error. The representative talked about is going online to complete modification paperwork. When we went to Ocwen online we found that Ocwen already had some type of workout plan under review. Ocwen claimed that the loan had been placed on " HOLD '' but in my complaint to your office there was evidence that Ocwen communicated to me that the foreclosure had not been initiated, perhaps because they rescinded the foreclosure because of all the defects in the original foreclosure. November 19, 2015 - Here recently we sued Ocwen and debt collector - for their collection practices in Federal Court because there is a State Court - order in the State Court that was ordered -/-/- prohibiting the filing of any future actions against the substitute trustee and their agents and employees in the State court. October 21, 2015 - Ocwen, for over a year, stated that I was not eligible for a loan modification because my property " is being marketed for sale '' after foreclosure. This was false. April 28, 2015 - After discharge of a chapter - bankruptcy, where the - lien was stripped by the court, due to the declined value of the property, the - lien holder filed a motion ( subsequently granted by the judge ) to re-open the bankruptcy as they felt they had not been notified of the intent to strip the lien.
