The Collection Connection Debt collection taking/threatening an illegal action threatened to sue on too old debt June 20, 2016 - A company called collection connection just sent me a letter demanding payment in full within 10 days or they claim will they turn it over to an attorney in my city. I do not owe this debt. I paid the - in cash when I withdrew. They have never validated this debt. I have disputed this account on all - bureaus to no avail. Not only are they threating to sue me on an account I do not owe, not validated, but its also after the PA statute of limitations.... |
