NCC Business Services, Inc. Debt collection taking/threatening an illegal action threatened to sue on too old debt September 14, 2015 - There is a collection account on my credit showing it was opened in - and it was NOT. The account was opened in - or - so it has been well over 8 years. I have tried to contact the collection agency in which this debt is placed and the number provided on my credit report for the agency does nothing but automatically hang up on me. This derogatory mark is preventing me from obtaining a home for me and my - children. Please help me. ... |
