Rubin & Rothman, LLC Consumer Loan problems when you are unable to pay December 30, 2015 - I have a loan from - credit from 14 years ago that I defaulted on in my younger years. I have heard nothing of this debt in at least 8 years, this is no longer on my credit report, I have not received any letters for an attempt to collect, they have not contacted any of my previous employers, an out of the blue on - - - the payroll department of my current employer received a subpoena from a lawyers office by the name of Rubin & Rothman LLC demanding information on my pay.
