Army and Air Force Exchange Service Credit card customer service / customer relations November 2, 2015 - I have called multiple times to Aafes credit hotline in regards to a time sensitive matter. I had an account that was paid and closed -/-/-, the credit reporting agency - indicated that Aafes stopped reporting on this account -/-/- to all the credit reporting agencies. - has indicated to me that Aafes needed to update to today 's date or provide a letter to all - reporting agencies advising them to remove it from my credit report.
