June 6, 2019 - I had a missed call from National Credit Services at about - - on -/-/19. I returned the call and verified my date of birth but refused to give the last four of my social security number. I asked the rep who they represented and she kept giving me her company 's name. I asked for a supervisor the rep asked me to hold and then came back onto the line to ask me to continue holding. I advised her that wasn't necessary and to please just remove my telephone number. February 10, 2017 - I filled out a form of cancellation for a - located in -, Washington and they misfiled it back in late-/-/-/early-/-/2016. The debit card connected to membership, around the same time of my membership cancellation, got lost so I cancelled it as well. I did n't inform them of the card cancellation because I thought I had cancelled my membership effectively. November 13, 2015 - In -/-/- of this year, me and my wife became aware that were are victims of identity theft. I have been actively disputing the ( - - outstanding collections that this company is reporting as my debt. Apparently, multiple checks were written to a grocery store -, WA back sometime between - - - - 2010. I have reached out to this company as well as my continued efforts of disputing these accounts as fraud - to no avail. May 20, 2015 - I sent a request for a verification of debt last week and am receiving multiple calls on my cell phone and at work through National Credit Services by a woman named -. She has called my work multiple times and continues to contact me after I sent a written request for verification of debt.
