They first quoted an amount of $5700.00 in order to settle the account. Then they quoted $7500.00 because they thought I did not remember the original amount so they transposed the numbers. When they found me they were extremely rude and aggressive calling me all the time even at work. They sued me and I answered the suit stating that I did n't believe I owed that amount. Lazega & Johanson LLC Student loan can't repay my loan April 20, 2015 - Being sued as a cosigner for my sons loan to attend - - - University in 1995 by a Debt Collector ( Law firm ) which specializes in obtaining loans written off by a private lender and still attempts to collect on said loan for their own individual profit purposes in addition to attempting to also collect an excessive amount of interest.
