December 16, 2015 - I want to begin by stating the following story is not an exaggeration. For the last 6 years and I repeat, 6 years, a company known as Commercial Recovery Systems ( CRS ) calls me and states I have an outstanding payday loan. I have never received a payday loan. Received a letter from them on -/-/-Sent a Certified Letter Requesting cease and desist calling my parents and son, also to call me directly on my mobile number. November 11, 2015 - -/-/- I filed bankruptcy however, -/-/- I started getting phones from Commercial Recovery Systems telling me they was trying to collect debts on - accounts from - that were included in my bankruptcy. July 3, 2015 - I would like to request another investigation. I am not satisfied with the previous one. The facts are not being delivered. The company has never supplied a copy of the original bill which includes original dates from the original business. The date of delinquency on this account has been purged. The original date of delinquency is very clearly stated on the bill and is stated as -/-/-. Please have collection agency validate. -/-/- is inaccurate.
