The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) is a 21st century agency that helps consumer finance markets work by making rules more effective, by consistently and fairly enforcing those rules, and by empowering consumers to take more control over their economic lives.

The CFPB will forward your complaint to ClearPath Lending and work to get a response. After your complaint is forwarded, ClearPath Lending has 15 days to respond to you and the CFPB. ClearPath Lending is expected to close all but the most complicated complaints within 60 days.

They are continuing to target me in a campaign that looks as if I have an expiring mortgage account, using my information and my actual lenders name in the letter. I have contacted them and asked to be removed, but they insisted they needed more personal information....
