We agreed to the terms and I paid a $380.00 fee up front to initiate the mortgage - this was part of my commitment fee. On - -, they sent me a packet which arrived in the mail a few days later. I signed the documents back dated to - -. - of them was the Good Faith Estimate ( GFE ). This document stated my Transfer Taxes would be $2300.00.
