April 22, 2016 - House has been vacant for years in violation of reverse mortgage. Association assessments have not been paid for years ( also in violation of reverse mortgage ). House has not been maintained. Water is penetrating the exterior shell. As a direct result, the - immediately adjacent townhouses are at risk of water penetration also ( which may have already occurred ).
