The CFPB will forward your complaint to GMFS LLC and work to get a response. After your complaint is forwarded, GMFS LLC has 15 days to respond to you and the CFPB. GMFS LLC is expected to close all but the most complicated complaints within 60 days.

April 25, 2016 - Please help! My home was sold in a foreclosure auction on - -,, 2016. We were notified on the day after - - by the person whom purchased our home from the investor. My husband and I were not notified that our home was in the foreclosure process. The Mortgage company stated on - - that we were 9 months behind on our mortgage payment.
