March 3, 2016 - I have a 1st and 2nd loan on my home. The predatory lender on my 2nd started a default judgement -/-/15 also called foreclosure. I have sent the 2nd lender the full amount of money owed via a certified check to get my home out of foreclosure. The 2nd lender says they will not apply the check to my account to bring it current until my 1st is current. My 1st is not in default or foreclosure.
