Preferred Collection and Management, Inc. Debt collection disclosure verification of debt right to dispute notice not received May 8, 2015 - I have a medical bill that I am paying for a my sons -. ( I was n't aware of the bill until after I found out, from my own investigation that I even had a bill in collection ). I have requested - via letter from the agency, Preferred -, to please send me a bill, invoice, or something reflecting what amounts I currently owe. ( I have been paying every month $50.00 to a company without any notice of a bill besides my voided checks as the only way to show proof of payments ).
