What's a Robocall?
If you answer the phone and hear a recorded message instead of a live person, it's a robocall. You've probably gotten robocalls about candidates running for office, or charities asking for donations. I told her that the the office of - - was notified by my attorney ( I have a letter dated - -, 2015 ) that he was handling the matter and that she just violated the FDCPA Act by contacting me directly instead of my attorney. She said I never notified them which is a diversion. They should know if they took over the account ... |
