Greene & Cooper Collections LLC Debt collection communication tactics called after sent written cease of comm April 26, 2015 - I received a call on -/-/15 at - from Greene & Cooper - - She asked me to verify my address etc. and then she told me she was calling to collect a debt that was established by the Law Offices of - - - and that they took over the account. I told her that the the office of - - was notified by my attorney ( I have a letter dated - -, 2015 ) that he was handling the matter and that she just violated the FDCPA Act by contacting me directly instead of my attorney. She said I never notified them which is a diversion. They should know if they took over the account ... |
