Synergetic Communication Inc Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt is not mine January 27, 2016 - - was involve in a lawsuit due to fraud overdrawn charges to a massive of clients in their bank accounts. If I am not mistaken this lawsuit took place between the years -/-/--/-/-. My account was part of this lawsuit. Due to a loss - - sent refund checks to their clients. Unfortunately, I misplaced my check and found it a week after deadline to cash it. After this issue I find out this amount was in a consumer report collection and I was unable to open an account at a Federal Credit Union.
