He was helping me with my first mortgage loan but failed to disclose information to me that was part of the contract, such as dollar amounts. 3 days before closing I was told to sign the contract by his under writer - and that I need to rush it and that the dollar amounts on the contract was n't correct but will be fixed by our closing date which was -/-/-.
