Brennan & Clark, Ltd., LLC Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info talked to a third party about my debt July 10, 2015 - A collector from a collection agency contacted our office today. This was during a time I was yet in the office ( I am the - - ) so he instead spoke with our receptionist. The following is the receptionists written account of the conversation, - - said this matter is urgent and was upset that none of his messages or - letters have had a response. He said if this matter is continued to be ignored the legal matter will have to escalate. He then started asking me if we had a lot of attorneys or collection agencies call us.
