Alliant Capital Management LLC Debt collection taking/threatening an illegal action threatened arrest/jail if do not pay March 20, 2015 - We received several phone calls from different 1-800 numbers saying that we need to call to - to schedule an appointment for them to send the plaintiff with the court papers, in other words, to serve my mother. When I called the phone number a gentleman answers and, without saying the name of the company or what is regarding to, he asked for the case '' number.
