June 3, 2015 - Synchrony Bank charged my account a withholding fee of $19.00 because they said they did not receive my signature card in time. I actually sent - signature cards on - different occasions as soon as I received the requests from Synchrony. Their Customer Service rep. admitted that they moved their offices to -, GA during this period and that receipt of mail was delayed. They now tell me that my account will not be credited until the end of the calendar year per Federal Law. I feel that this was not my fault and that I should be immediately credited. ...
