Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt is not mine February 7, 2017 - On or about - I sent a letter to creditor requesting information regarding the alleged debt ( originator, amount, authorization ). On - I received a letter from the creditor stating that the account would be removed from my credit accounts. As of this statement the account was removed from - credit bureau but remained on - others- - and - - I will attach the correspondence from creditor showing they agree to remove this account from all credit bureaus.... |

Moved out due to retiring from - - -. Disconnected water account prior to moving from - to -. New tennant moved in to - house and apparantly garnered free water services ( still in my name ). Landlord and city were contacted about the new tennant needing to pay this debt. The account was eventually changed in to the new tennant 's neme but the amount pending remained in my name and the tennant never paid it or owned up to it. It is a small amount of money, easlily paid. My issue is based on principal.... |
