Each of the - previous agencies has ( after every excuse in the book ) finally left me alone. And then apparently sold off this issue to yet another agency. When & how do I get relief from this abuse? At no time has any of these agencies ever been able to establish that this debt is mine. Mediation Recovery Center Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt is not mine October 21, 2015 - I was contacted by Mediation Recovery Center ( - - -, IL - ) for debt that went into collection -/-/1992 from -, when I was a minor. Naturally, I would not have been legally able to establish credit at that time. In addition to being a child in 1992, I still used my maiden last name. This company has illegally tied this debt to me and my social security number which they confirmed ( although I did n't acknowledge to them that it was correct ). This collection claim is completely fraudulent and this company needs to be thoroughly investigated for their illegal practices. ... |
