She said that Cash Call had exhausted all avenues to get the money back that they claim I took ( ie. bills to me, collections, etc ). I actually got a call from some other person about two weeks ago. When I ask for more information, they ask for my social and birth date for verification. I do not have any loans with Cash Call, so I pulled my credit report to see if someone stole my identity. I did not see any Cash Call loan on my credit also. I paid them back and the matter was closed. However, almost immediately after my husband - ( he is ion the - - - ) in - of 2014, I have been receiving threatening calls from random phone numbers all over the US saying that I am going to be served with papers and my wages are going to be garnished if I do not pay my loan.
