ResidentCollect, Inc. Debt collection communication tactics threatened to take legal action June 30, 2015 - I received a letter in the mail from ResidentCollect Inc. for an account that I did not open with them. I have never given Resident Collect my social security number or address. They contacted me via regular class mail with a letter dated on - -, 2015. This was and is their first letter that they 've ever sent to me. In the letter they stated that unless I notify their office within 30 days after receiving this letter, their office will assume the debt is mine and that they will obtain a copy of a judgment and mail me of it. ... |
